These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Mzobs website, mobile application, candidate portal, employer portal, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Mzobs is operated by Mesho Solutions (“Mzobs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Mzobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use Mzobs only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. You must not create an account using false identity information, another person’s identity, or misleading information.

If you are using Mzobs on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to act on behalf of that organization.

3. Account registration

Certain Mzobs features require an account. You may be required to provide:

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Password
  • Professional information
  • Employer/company information
  • Other information necessary for the selected service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must immediately notify Mzobs if you believe that:

  • Your account has been compromised
  • Someone has accessed your account without authorization
  • Your login credentials have been disclosed

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree that information submitted to Mzobs will be accurate, current, and not intentionally misleading.

Candidates must not

  • Submit fake qualifications
  • Misrepresent employment experience
  • Upload another person’s resume
  • Falsify educational information or professional certifications
  • Misrepresent salary information intentionally
  • Impersonate another candidate
  • Provide misleading information to employers

Employers must not

  • Misrepresent their organization
  • Publish fraudulent job opportunities
  • Misrepresent compensation or job responsibilities
  • Impersonate another organization
  • Collect candidate information for unauthorized purposes
  • Publish jobs that violate applicable law

5. Candidate terms

Candidates may create professional profiles and apply for jobs available through Mzobs. Candidates are responsible for reviewing their profile and application information before submitting an application.

By applying for a job, you understand that information associated with your application may be made available to the relevant employer or recruiter. Candidates should only provide information that is relevant to legitimate employment purposes.

Mzobs does not guarantee that:

  • An employer will view your application
  • You will receive an interview or an offer
  • You will be selected
  • A particular salary will be offered
  • Any particular job will remain available

6. Candidate plans and applications

Candidate accounts may start on a free plan with certain limits, such as a limit on how many jobs you can apply to. Mzobs may also offer paid plans or paid features that unlock additional functionality, such as a higher or unlimited number of applications.

Whether a payment is required, the amount, what it includes, and whether it is a one-time or recurring charge can vary depending on the features and functionality offered at the time, and may change as Mzobs adds, updates, or removes features. The applicable price, included features, taxes (if any), and any discount codes will always be shown to you before you make a payment, and you are charged only if you choose to proceed. Changes are made in accordance with applicable law.

Mzobs shows you jobs that are relevant to your profile, such as your skills, experience, and location, and tries to keep applied jobs out of your recommendations. Relevance is based on the information in your profile, so keeping it accurate and complete helps you see better matches. Recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee any interview or offer.

Applying to jobs may also require your resume to be verified by Mzobs. Mzobs may change its plans, pricing, features, or limits from time to time, and will show the applicable details before any payment.
